Two lists, cramps alone and joint pain alone, and why neither contains magnesium and joints together

What deficiency causes muscle cramps and joint pain together is answered by drawing two lists and looking at where they overlap, because the two symptoms have different causes and the deficiency the question wants sits at the intersection rather than on either list.
