One question, one page

Each page answers a single question in its first forty words, then shows the working. Related questions are not merged into one page; they get their own.

Numbers come from labels and listings

Every figure about a product is read from the product's Amazon UK listing and label images on the date shown as the update date. Prices are the one-time purchase price on that date. Cost per day is the price divided by servings per container. If a label or price changes, the pages that quote it are updated and the date moves.

Claims are limited to the UK register

Pages use only the health claim wording authorised in the Great Britain nutrition and health claims register, and only where the product's dose meets the claim's condition. Research is described as research, with the study named, the dose used and the population studied. Where evidence is weak, the page says weak.

Sources

Each page lists its sources: the product listing, the relevant EFSA opinion or UK regulation, and the studies referred to, with links where a public record exists.

Worked examples and commission

Each section uses one Futuro Labs product as its worked example because the label prints the numbers the comparisons need. Ghost Fitness earns a commission on some links. Commission does not change a figure, a comparison or a verdict, and if another product prints better numbers at a lower cost per day the page will say so.

Dates and updates

Every page shows a published date and an updated date. Pages are rechecked against the current listing and label; a page that has not been rechecked keeps its old date rather than a fresh one.
