What recovery has to do with magnesium

Recovery is protein synthesis, energy replacement and sleep, and magnesium sits in all three. The authorised claims say it plainly: magnesium contributes to normal protein synthesis, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal muscle function and a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
